新冠肺炎疫情發(fā)生以來，我省始終把人民生命安全和身體健康放在第一位，采取切實有效措施，目前疫情防控形勢積極向好的態(tài)勢正在拓展。當(dāng)前，全球處于疫情防控關(guān)鍵時期，再次證明了病毒是人類共同的敵人，抗擊疫情是全世界的責(zé)任。疫情防控沒有國界。在此，希望您與我們攜手并肩，守護(hù)城市安全，保障你我健康，共同營造安全放心的生活工作環(huán)境：
請自覺按衛(wèi)生防疫部門要求，在指定地點接受集中隔離醫(yī)學(xué)觀察。必須居家隔離觀察者我們將協(xié)助做好相關(guān)生活保障服務(wù)。
解除隔離后，請加強(qiáng)自我防護(hù)，盡量減少外出，避免到人員密集公共場所，不聚會聚餐。外出正確佩戴口罩，勤洗手、常通風(fēng)，繼續(xù)保持良好衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣。
請隨時做好自己和家人的健康監(jiān)測。定時測量體溫，如有發(fā)熱、咳嗽、乏力等異常癥狀，請及時前往附近發(fā)熱門診醫(yī)院就診，就醫(yī)時請主動如實申報旅行史和接觸史。

隔離觀察要求
根據(jù)境外疫情發(fā)展形勢，結(jié)合我省防范境外疫情輸入工作實際，我省自3月23日起對所有入境人員采取集中醫(yī)學(xué)觀察14天措施（條件不允許的可實施居家醫(yī)學(xué)觀察）。
一、集中隔離場所要求
1.涉外賓館。可以滿足單間隔離，隔離房間有獨立的生活及衛(wèi)生設(shè)施等。
2.應(yīng)配備常用藥品、測溫設(shè)備、血壓計等器械，個人防護(hù)用品（防護(hù)口罩等），消殺用品（含氯消毒片/液、70%以上濃度乙醇等），同時需安排密切接觸者轉(zhuǎn)運車和工作用車。
3.配備醫(yī)護(hù)人員和生活安全保障工作人員、語言協(xié)助翻譯等人員。
二、接受集中隔離者要求
1.自覺配合隔離點工作人員管理，不得探訪或自行外出；隔離人員相互間不得串門、聚集。
2、自覺配合管理人員進(jìn)行每日兩次體溫監(jiān)測、配合醫(yī)護(hù)人員采集樣品或其他檢查。
3、開展自我健康監(jiān)測，一旦出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱、干咳、乏力、胸悶、呼吸困難、腹瀉、嘔吐、眼睛紅腫疼痛等癥狀要第一時間向管理人員報告，并配合檢查、轉(zhuǎn)移、治療等工作。
4、生活中馬桶沖水前要蓋上馬桶蓋，保持衛(wèi)生間水封地漏有水。
5、生活垃圾按要求投放制定垃圾收集容器，每日由隔離管理人員收集處置。
6、使用集中隔離點消費物品或損壞物品需照價賠償。
7、注意自我心理調(diào)節(jié)，在房間內(nèi)采取合適的方式進(jìn)行適量運動，可利用上網(wǎng)、看書、與親友視頻聊天等方式調(diào)節(jié)心情娛樂。
8、隔離期間住宿和餐飲等費用須按照當(dāng)?shù)毓芾聿块T要求支付。
9、隔離期滿無異常癥狀且經(jīng)檢測未感染新冠病毒者，管理人員將給予“解除醫(yī)學(xué)觀察通知書”，予解除隔離。
三、居家隔離場所要求
1.居家觀察場所為觀察對象的自有或租賃房屋，可以滿足觀察對象單獨房間居住，并有獨立衛(wèi)生設(shè)施。如果有多套房屋，最好單獨居住；
2.房間應(yīng)該通風(fēng)良好。不能使用和其他房間共通的中央空調(diào)，如需取暖則應(yīng)使用取暖器。
3.居家觀察的房間內(nèi)應(yīng)當(dāng)準(zhǔn)備：體溫計、外科口罩、消毒紙巾、快速手消毒劑、84消毒液等消毒劑、設(shè)置套有塑料袋并加蓋的專用垃圾桶。
四、對接受居家隔離醫(yī)學(xué)觀察人員的要求
1.自覺隔離觀察14天，不外出活動。
2.觀察期間應(yīng)盡可能不與共同居住人員接觸；
3.每日上午和下午各測量體溫至少一次，同時密切觀察自身是否出現(xiàn)咳嗽等急性呼吸道癥狀或其他相關(guān)癥狀（如乏力、頭痛和胃腸道癥狀等）；
4.觀察期間如出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱、呼吸道感染或其他不適癥狀的，應(yīng)及時與實施居家隔離醫(yī)學(xué)觀察的管理人員聯(lián)系，由管理責(zé)任人向轄區(qū)衛(wèi)生健康行政部門報告后陪同專用車輛定點發(fā)熱門診就診。
5、隔離期滿無異常癥狀且經(jīng)檢測未感染新冠病毒者，管理人員將給予“解除醫(yī)學(xué)觀察通知書”，予解除隔離。
Notification for Jiangsu-bound Travelers
People’s safety and health has always been our top priority. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, Jiangsu Province has been taking practical and effective measures which have made major progress in epidemic prevention and control. Now is a critical moment for the global fight against the pandemic. It has already been proved that the virus is a common enemy for humanity and thus it is a global responsibility to fight against the virus that respects no borders. Therefore, we wish to work with you to protect our cities, safeguard people’s health, and together create a safe and reliable environment for people’s life and work.
Please follow through the requirements of the health authorities to visit designated sites for centralized quarantine. We shall coordinate to put in place the daily necessities for whom home quarantine is the only choice.
Please be aware that self-protection remains to be important even after the end of the quarantine. Reduce unnecessary visits to other places, avoid group gathering, refrain from going to parties or dining in crowded places, wear a mask in the correct way when going outside, wash hands and ventilate rooms frequently, and keep good hygiene habits.
Please keep a close watch on the health conditions of yourself and your family members. Measure body temperature at regular intervals, visit a nearby fever clinic promptly if symptoms such as fever, cough or fatigue show, and truthfully report your travel history and close contacts to your doctor.

Quarantine Requirements
Considering overseas pandemic developments and the needs of our work in preventing imported cases, Jiangsu will put all international arrivals under centralized quarantine for 14 days (home quarantine may apply to those unfit for centralized quarantine) since March 23.
I. Requirements for centralized quarantine sites
1. Hotels authorized to accommodate foreigners. Single rooms with private domestic installation and hygiene facility are available to meet quarantine requirements.
2. The sites should be equipped with regular medication, temperature measuring devices, sphygmomanometers, individual protective gears (protective masks), disinfection products (chlorinated tissues/disinfectants and 70% or above ethyl alcohol) and vehicles for transferring close contacts and for working staff.
3. The sites should be equipped with medical staff, logistics and security supports, as well as interpreters.
II. Requirements for the quarantined at designated sites
1. Please fully cooperate with our working staff to ensure sound management at the quarantine site, do not receive visitors or go outside without permission, and do not visit or gather with others at the quarantine site.
2. Please cooperate with the staff who are to take your temperature twice a day, and for sample collecting and other medical checks.
3. Monitor your own health condition. Report to the staff in the first place once symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, chest distress, shortness of breath, diarrhea, vomit, and eye swelling or aching show, and cooperate in the process of medical check, transfer and treatment.
4. Put down the toilet lid before flushing and make sure there is water in the water-sealed floor drain in the lavatory.
5. Dump your waste in the designated garbage collectors as per requirements. Your waste will be taken away by our staff on a daily basis.
6. Use of consumables or damage to any article at the quarantine site shall be paid for.
7. Try to stay in good mood, exercise in a proper manner in the room, and seek entertainment through surfing the internet, reading or video chat with family members or friends.
8. Expenses occurred during the quarantine including accommodation, food and beverage shall be paid for as per the requirements of local authorities.
9. At the end of the quarantine, people without any symptom and are tested COVID-19-free are given a “Notice on Release from Medical Quarantine” upon leaving the quarantine site.
III. Requirements for sites suited for home quarantine
1. Sites suited for home quarantine are self-owned residences or rentals which allow the person in quarantine to have a single room with private hygiene facility. If multiple residences are available, living alone is recommended for the person in need of home quarantine.
2. A room with good ventilation is needed. The room shall not use central air-conditioning. A separate heater can be used in the room if needed.
3. A room suited for home quarantine must have the following items: thermometer, surgical mask, antiseptic wipe, hand sanitizer, disinfectants such as 84 disinfectant, and lidded garbage bin with a plastic bag inside.
IV. Requirements for the home-quarantined
1. Voluntarily undergo a 14-day home quarantine without going out.
2. During the quarantine, try not to contact people under the same roof as much as possible.
3. Measure your body temperature at least once every morning and afternoon, and closely monitor your health condition to see if acute respiratory symptoms such as cough or other symptoms such as fatigue, headache, gastrointestinal reactions occur.
4. During home quarantine, please immediately contact the staff in charge of your home quarantine if any sickness such as fever, respiratory infection or other symptoms show. Should that happen, the person-in-charge shall report to the local health authorities and accompany the quarantined to a designated fever clinic in a designated vehicle.
5. At the end of home quarantine, people without any symptom and are tested COVID-19-free are officially released from quarantine upon receiving a “Notice on Release from Medical Quarantine”.

新型コロナウイルス感染癥が発生して以來、江蘇省政府は一貫して人々の命の安全と健康を最上位に置き、確実かつ有効な措置を講じ、海外からの流入と省內(nèi)での感染拡大を抑制し、疫病の予防?抑制情勢は持続的により良い方向に向かっています。今現(xiàn)在、全世界にとっては疫病との闘いは肝心な時期を迎えてきました。ウイルスは人類共同の敵で、疫病には國境がなく、疫病との戦いは世界各國の擔(dān)うべき責(zé)任です。我々と手を攜え、街の安全と人々の健康を守り、安心安全な生活?生産環(huán)境を共に作りますようお願いします。っていきましょう。
まず、自主的に疫病予防部門の要請に従い、指定場所での集中醫(yī)學(xué)的観察を受けてください。自宅隔離観察を受ける方には政府から生活支援サービスが提供されます。
次に、隔離解除後、予防保護(hù)意識を高め、不要不急の場合は人混みの多い場所への外出、集會や食事會飲み會などをお控えください。外出の際、マスクのご著用、こまめな手洗い、日常の換気などといった良好な衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣を心がけましょう。
最後に、常にご自身とご家族の健康観察を重視し、定時的に體溫測定を行い、発熱?空咳?倦怠感などいずれの癥狀が出た場合、直ちに近くの発熱外來醫(yī)療施設(shè)まで受診をしてください。受診する際、自主的に旅行歴?接觸歴を如実にご報告ください。

隔離観察の要求
海外の疫病発生狀況と江蘇省の海外からの疫病流入狀況に基づいて、3月23日から江蘇省が海外からの入國者全員を?qū)澫螭?4日間集中隔離観察を行います。（未成年者や重い持病を抱える方は自宅隔離観察を申請することが可能です）。
一、集中隔離観察専用施設(shè)の基準(zhǔn)
1、隔離専用ホテル。宿泊?衛(wèi)生上の必要な設(shè)備を持つ個室があり隔離観察條件を備えています。
2、常用薬を配置し、サーモグラフィー?血圧計などの機(jī)械、個人予防用品（マスクなど）、消毒用品（塩素系の消毒シート?液、70％以上の高濃度なアルコールなど）を整え、その上、濃厚接觸者専用のシャトルバスと仕事用車を用意しています。
3、醫(yī)療関係者、生活安全保障スタッフ、通訳を配置しています。
二、集中隔離観察を受ける方への要請
1、自主的に隔離観察専用施設(shè)のスタッフの要求に従い、外部からの訪問や自らの外出や隔離観察同士との交流と集まりなどが禁じられます。
2、毎日二回の體溫測定、醫(yī)療関係者からの検體採取?検疫検査などには自主的にご協(xié)力ください。
3、ご本人での健康観察をしてください。発熱?空咳?倦怠感?呼吸困難、下痢、吐き気、目の充血と痛みなどの癥狀が出た場合、直ちにスタッフに報告し、検査?移転?治療などに協(xié)力してください。
4、便器の水を流す前に蓋を閉め、トイレの床ドレンに水が保つように注意してください。
5、生活ごみは毎日隔離観察施設(shè)のスタッフが収集しますので、規(guī)定通りに指定のごみ箱に入れてください。
6、隔離観察施設(shè)の有料商品のご利用になる場合?又は施設(shè)の所有物を損害した場合、金額通りに損害賠償が求められます。
7、部屋の中で適切な形で一定の運動の量を保ち、ネットサーフィン、読書、親族とのテレビ電話などで気分転換をしてください。
8、隔離観察期間中の宿泊代や飲食代を規(guī)定通りにお支払いください。
9、隔離期間が満了して、感染癥狀がなくて、核酸検査結(jié)果が陰性である場合、隔離解除の証明として「醫(yī)學(xué)的観察解除通知書」が渡されます。
三、自宅隔離観察場所の基準(zhǔn)
1.観察対象が一人で住む部屋と獨立した衛(wèi)生設(shè)備を持つ自宅又は賃貸住宅は自宅隔離観察場所として使えます。複數(shù)の住宅を持つ場合、一人での暮らしが最も良い隔離狀態(tài)です。
2、風(fēng)通しが良い部屋を確保し、他の部屋と繋がるセントラル空調(diào)の使用は禁止で、暖房が必要となる場合、ヒーターを使ってください。
3、自宅隔離観察の部屋には、體溫計、サージカルマスク、除菌シート、84消毒液などの消毒剤、又は蓋つき専用ゴミ箱をご用意ください。
四、自宅隔離観察を受ける方への要請
1、自主的に14日間の隔離観察を受け、外出をしないでください。
2、隔離観察期間中、同居者との接觸を控えてください。
3、毎日の午前と午後少なくとも1回ずつ體溫を測定し、空咳などの急性呼吸器癥狀又はその他の関連癥狀(倦怠感、頭痛、胃腸癥など)があるかどうかにも密接に観察してください。
4、隔離観察期間中に発熱、呼吸器感染又は他の不快感が出た場合、直ちに自宅隔離醫(yī)學(xué)的観察を擔(dān)當(dāng)する関連責(zé)任者にご連絡(luò)ください。関連責(zé)任者が所轄の衛(wèi)生健康行政部門に狀況を報告し、専用車で発熱外來醫(yī)療施設(shè)への受診を同行します。
5、隔離期間が満了して、感染癥狀がなくて、核酸検査結(jié)果が陰性である場合、隔離解除の証明として「醫(yī)學(xué)的観察解除通知書」が渡されます。
